Redesign case study

A clearer path through a complex organisation.

Ananda Guna K9 APS had to present assistance dogs, animal-assisted interventions, training, projects and association information to very different visitors — and do it in two languages.

Project overview

Structure before decoration.

The redesign puts the association’s main activities first and gives each visitor a direct route: understand the work, support a project or get in touch. The layout then carries that same order across desktop and mobile.

Starting point

Useful content, difficult paths.

The recordings of the previous site show that the essential information was all there: the association, its projects, fundraising, media and contacts. They also show thin navigation, long text-led pages, wide empty areas on desktop and endless scrolling on a phone.

What changed

Clear routes for different visitors.

The new structure groups the activities into distinct routes, keeps both languages inside one interface, adapts the presentation to every screen size and puts contact and support actions where people look for them.

Before / after

See how it was, and how it is.

The two recordings of the previous site are kept exactly as they were supplied. The “after” images are captures of the site as it is online today.
